At Kaito & Co, we carefully source and quality-check our lighting pieces before dispatch.
Because many of our items are produced by specialist manufacturing partners, delivery times may be slightly longer than typical retail stores.

This approach allows us to offer premium designs at accessible prices.

1. Delivery Timeframes (UK)

Standard Delivery:
10–20 business days
Tracked service

Express Delivery:
7–12 business days
Tracked service (where available)

Free Delivery:
Orders over £75

Important:
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on stock levels, quality inspection time, and courier performance.

2. Why Delivery Takes Longer

Many of our products are delivered directly from our manufacturing partners.
This allows us to offer:

  • Better pricing

  • More design options

  • Higher quality control

  • Reduced warehousing waste

Before dispatch, items undergo a 1–3 day quality assurance process.

3. Processing Time

  • Order processing: 2–3 business days

  • Quality inspection: 1–3 business days

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days

During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday), processing may be longer.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Tracking may take 3–5 days to display movement — this is normal for international carriers.

5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier backlogs

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs checks

  • High-volume seasons

  • Quality inspection hold

  • Manufacturer delays

6. Delivery Time Is Not Grounds for Cancellation

Because delivery timeframes are estimates and influenced by international logistics:

Delivery time alone is not valid grounds for cancellation or refund unless:

  • The parcel is confirmed lost, or

  • Delivery exceeds 25 business days (Standard), or

  • Delivery exceeds 18 business days (Express)

This ensures fair expectations and protects customers during international transport.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Keep all packaging

  • Take clear photos

  • Contact us within 48 hours

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If your package does not arrive:

We will work with the courier to resolve it and guarantee a solution.

8. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.
Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may require additional transit time.

9. Customs & Fees

UK customers do not pay additional customs fees.
All taxes are included at checkout.
