SHIPPING POLICY

Every order from Kaito & Co is dispatched with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery timeframes, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Delivery Timeframes (UK)

Most orders are fulfilled from stock and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

In-Stock Items: 3–7 business days from dispatch. Free tracked delivery on all orders over £75.

Extended Lead Time Items: Certain pieces in our collection are produced in smaller runs by specialist manufacturing partners. These items are clearly marked on the product page and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks from order. We'll keep you updated throughout.

During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking doesn't show movement immediately, allow 24–48 hours for the courier's system to update.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Additional transit time may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

4. Delays

While we work hard to meet every estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within the timeframe shown on your product page, please contact us at support@kaitoandco.co.uk and we'll investigate straight away.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging, take clear photographs, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If your parcel hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll work with the courier to resolve it — we guarantee a solution.

6. Your Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch. For items already in transit, our standard 30-day returns window applies upon delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
