Product Information

DIY installation is performed at the customer’s own risk.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage during installation

  • Improper wiring

  • Installation not compliant with UK Building Regulations Part P

  • Damage from incorrect voltage or electrical surges

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing electrical lighting products, you agree:

  • To follow all safety instructions

  • To use qualified professionals

  • That Kaito & Co is not liable for installation-related damage or injury

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless:

  • A package is confirmed lost

  • Delivery exceeds the maximum timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy
