WARRANTY POLICY

At Kaito & Co, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All lighting products include a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults that occur under normal residential use, including components that fail without physical damage, wiring or fitting defects present at the time of manufacture, and any fault that prevents the light from working as described.

What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or accidental damage, products that have been modified, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by voltage surges or incompatible electrical systems.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email support@kaitoandco.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the fault. We'll reply within 24 hours and arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
