WARRANTY POLICY

 

At Kaito & Co, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All lighting products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

 

What Is Covered

 

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical faults that occur under normal residential use. This includes: components that fail without physical damage, wiring or fitting defects present at the time of manufacture, and any fault that prevents the light from functioning as described.

 

What Is Not Covered

 

The following are not covered under warranty: damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or accidental damage, products that have been modified, normal wear and tear over time, damage caused by voltage surges or incompatible electrical systems.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

 

To make a claim, please email support@kaitoandco.co.uk with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the defect. Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

We do not require you to return faulty items in most cases — we simply need clear photos to assess the issue.
