Project Quote

For orders of 5 or more of a piece, or projects with a fixed deadline, we prepare a written quotation. It confirms pricing, stock, lead time and delivery to your site.

What happens next

1. Email your project details to support@kaitoandco.co.uk with "Project quote" in the subject line.
2. Within two working days, we'll confirm availability with our workshop and send a written quotation, valid for 30 days.
3. To proceed, sign the quotation and pay a 50% deposit. Production begins once the deposit clears, and the balance is due before dispatch.

Please include the products and sizes, quantities, delivery postcode, the date you need everything on site, and any access notes (loading bay, lift, timed delivery).

Quotations are open to everyone: designers, contractors, hotels and homeowners. No trade account needed. Business orders are subject to our Trade Terms; personal orders to our Terms of Service.
